How to beat seasickness?
The guaranteed recipe is fine weather and a thoughtful captain. However, VIG Travel cannot guarantee the former, do we can only recommend:
  • When you are sick, lie down. Seasickness is less about your stomach and more about the sense of balance in your ears.
  • If the weather permits, stay in the fresh air. Definitely do not go to lower cabins.
  • Buy Kinedryl and anti-sickness chewing gum in your pharmacy.
  • Bring some dried fruits, nuts, or other titbits: if you don’t feel like having normal meals, they will come in handy.
  • Perhaps you will not feel like reading on the ship, so think of some alternative entertainment.
Do not despair, you will get used to the sea in a while and discomfort will be shortly replaced with splendid memories for the rest of lifetime. Besides, who says that you will be seasick?
